Farm Tour

If you would like to meet the stallions and see first hand the environment we've created for our horses, we invite you to schedule a farm tour.

While visiting the farm, you'll see the stallions, babies (in season) and the main farm facilities. Your tour guide will be happy to answer any questions you have about Iron Spring and our horses. General tours usually last an hour or so.

We can also schedule a more in-depth tour giving you a look into collection methods and the inner workings of the breeding shed. For breeders interested in a particular stallion, we also arrange a viewing of offspring whenever possible .

What You Should Know

Farm tours are scheduled on weekdays between 1 PM and 3 PM. It's best to let us know two weeks in advance whenever possible. With notice we can accommodate wheel chairs and special needs.

Let us know how many will be coming. We've done tours for groups of up to 30 people. If there are youngsters coming along please make sure you have enough chaperones to keep everyone safe.

Dress for outdoor weather. You'll be walking up and down hills, so comfortable, closed-toe shoes are a must.

When you arrive at the farm, please park near the main barn (take a right where the driveway splits).

If you need to cancel a tour let us know as soon as possible.

Any questions? Just ask. We know you'll enjoy visiting the horses and the farm, and we look forward to getting to know you!
