These long, warm days are the hallmark of approaching summer. Fireflies dot the fields at night. Hay is being cut, dried, and baled. We've welcomed all of our expected foals this year and are already breeding back for next year.Please note that the Fourth of July holiday will alter semen shipping for our breeding clients.

On Friday July 3 our stallions are available for collection, but there is no FedEx service and no airline shipping available that day. Farm pick-ups only. Please get in touch with us ahead of time to plan for collections and shipping. Our normal schedule resumes Monday July 6. Have a fun and safe holiday!

Breeding Special Extended

Receive a $250 discount on stud fees!

Iron Spring Farm has extended our early booking pricing for stud fees for the entire breeding season in 2020. All stud fees will be $1,250 instead of the normal $1,500 until 7/31/2020, a savings of $250 per stud fee.

June Featured Sales Horses

Delphina ISF is an impressive 15.2 ½ hh 2017 KFPS Friesian filly sired by Ulbert 390, Sport, out of Yfke fan Fjildsicht, Model (by Harmen 424, Sport). Delphina was named 1st Premie and Champion Filly at her FHANA Keuring, in addition to placing 2nd in the Friesian IBC at Dressage at Devon with a 76.6%. She is now in our Training Barn and has started basic groundwork and lunging with tack. She shows good riding horse qualities, including three well-balanced gaits. Delphina is easy in the barn and sweet by nature. With her solid pedigree for both performance and breeding, she is a top offering for the Friesian enthusiast. Clean radiographs available.

Orion ISF is an exciting 2019 KWPN-NA Dutch Warmblood colt sired by the popular young stallion Secret and out of the successful FEI dressage mare La Belladonna CF (by Hofrat). Awarded First Premium at his KWPN Keuring as a foal, Orion is well put together conformationally and has three balanced, supple gaits. He is handled regularly, likes to connect with people, and has experience with bathing, clipping, cross-tying, and trailering.

June Featured Developing Horse

Patchouli ISF is an elegant, feminine filly with a special pedigree that reads like the who's who of modern Dressage excellence. Her sire is the exciting performance horse Glamourdale, World Champion of the 7-year olds and now successful at Small Tour level with scores in the 70s. Her dam, Kandyvrouwe, Star, is a daughter of the Grand Prix trained Glock's Toto Jr., the first licensed son of the sensational Totilas. In the third generation you find the Keur stallion Bordeaux, Champion of the 2009 KWPN Stallion licensing, successful through Grand Prix. Patchouli is a favorite in the barn and we are excited to have her represent the ISF program in the future.
