We’re excited to announce that Kaiman has arrived in North America! The beautiful black stallion is as dreamy as he looks in photos and videos. He’s behaving like a perfect gentleman in quarantine, friendly and curious about his short-term home. He seems to be enjoying the palm trees and green grass.
Kaiman was designated premium at the 2019 KWPN Stallion Show and finished third overall with 84 total points at the 2019 KWPN stallion performance test in Ermelo. In 2018, Kaiman finished in fourth place in the VSN Trophy Finals, a talent spotting competition for three-year-old dressage horses. In 2020, Kaiman was on the Dutch team’s long list for the World Championships for Young Horses. Earlier this year, Kaiman received an 83.8 at the prestigious Pavo Cup, the KWPN National Championships for young dressage horses.
Earlier this week, his two-and-a-half year-old son Ohio was selected to compete in the 2021 Oldenburg Stallion Licensing in Vechta, Germany. Ohio was one of approximately 170 Oldenburg colts who were inspected at the Oldenburg headquarters in Vechta. The young stallions were presented in-hand on a hard surface and in the arena for free movement. Ohio is out of a Grand Galaxy Win mare and was bred by J.P. Dalsem. The Oldenburg Stallion Licensing will take place November 18-20, 2021.
